Question: What do you believe must happen before the church age will end and Christ will return?

I am not an expert on end time prophecy. I recommend you study teachings by these Bible teachers since they focus on end time prophecy: Perry Stone, Mike Bickle and John Hagee. I will tell you what I feel the Holy Spirit has revealed to me about the condition of the Church and the process of the Bride being prepared for the end time move of God. First I believe that God is still in the process of restoring the Church to the place she held prior to the dark ages. After the restoration of the five- fold ministry is complete with true authority and power, I believe that the latter rain outpouring will begin in earnest.

Church history reveals a time in which the Church became institutionalized and man-made doctrine and teaching replaced the Spirit led ministry that occurred at the time of the outpouring at Pentecost. Martin Luther renounced doctrines of the Catholic Church; thus the restoration process began. We can see where the pastors were restored to oversee the churches and minister to the people. These pastors really know the people and care for them. Evangelist found their rightful place and the born again experience was reintroduced to the church. Next God restored the teachers. At that time, a large number of teaching series and books became available to the Body of Christ. The prophetic movement that began with the Toronto Blessing was the start of the Prophets being restored to the Church. Now we are waiting for the Apostles to be put into position. The Apostles will have a gifting to purify doctrine. Their heart will be to see Christ formed in the people of God. They will come against the man-made doctrine and the divisive teachings that have separated the Body of Christ. The covering doctrine that originated during the dark ages will come down, and Spirit led ministers and ministry will arise to their proper place.

The restoration process is producing not only the five-fold ministers but also people who operate in the gifts and revelations of the movements of God. All are hungering to have the pastor’s heart, the love for souls, the studying of the Word to be approved and the desire to hear the Lord and experience His presence. When the Apostles are in place then the people of God will do the greater works that Jesus mentions in the Word. We will all heal the sick and raise the dead. God will have a glorious Church pure and holy.

I am praying for and believing for the Apostolic Move of God to come on the horizon. This movement will so change and rearrange the Church that God will have a pure representation of His children upon this earth. Then, quickly and powerfully, souls will be saved as people see the love of God operating in the mature saints of God. Miracles of healing and deliverance will be commonplace. Now is the time to cry out to be a part of the apostolic restoration. With Apostles in place, the fear of the Lord will bring the wisdom of God to the Church.

Some of the revelations that the Holy Spirit is teaching me from the Word concerning the Apostolic Move will be difficult for the American Church to embrace. Let’s pray that we can be flexible to the way that God introduces the next move and possibly the last move before the rapture of the Church. Lord, we pray that you keep us open to all that you desire to do in this day.
